SERVICE SUPPORT STAFF
HUMAN RESOURCES
Immediate support from the HR department in the selection and hiring of personnel required by the client's demand.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Verification and control of the optimal operation conditions in plant according to the guidelines, policies and safety measures set by the client.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Guaranteeing the proper functioning the client's operations, assessing the requirements and validating the correct implementation of the activities developet by the residents for the execution of the processes.
PLANT RESIDENT
Direct attention to customer's requirements, ensuring compliance, and timely delivery of reports and information according to the results of the inspection process, monitoring the compliance of the plant safety regulations.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
If required by the work load, an assistant is assigned to follow up on administrative activities of the Project, such as: sending reports, following up on purchase orders and customer service.
SUPERVISOR
When the operation is robust, either by the template or by the complexity of the operation, a supervisor is assigned, if requested by the client. It will be responsable over controlling the floor and verifying compliance with the inspector´s activitys.
QUALITY INSPECTOR
He is responsible for carrying out the inspection, sort or rework job in accordance with the given instructions, the preparation of the inspection reports and compliance with the correct labeling of the certified material.
QUALITY SYSTEM LEADER
Responsible of the deployment of the quality management system in the work area, support in the undertaking of corrective actions and follow up of personnel training plans.
